At St. Charles County Ambulance District, we work diligently to ensure we provide expert clinical care no matter how challenging circumstances surrounding the call. To this end, the District’s USAR Medical Specialists and TEMS Unit train regularly on specialty rescue techniques, equipment, and protocols that enable them to improve patient outcomes in situations ranging from natural disasters to barricaded subjects.
Established two decades ago, our Honor Guard represents the District at community events, but more importantly provides services to honor fallen first responders not only in St. Charles County, but throughout the state.
